Your "Newbie" tag is a reflection on your number of posts i think, not your length of time as a member of the site.

So far as i can tell you have had replies to your questions, and remember this is a small site compared to Snet etc so it may take a while for someone who knows the answer to be able to pipe up. Someone will eventually (if they can, and someone will usually have an idea) help you out. It's certainly not that people can't be bothered.
I know it can be frustrating when it seems like people aren't responding, but small sites like this have their advantages too; in general less argumentative than some larger sites, threads are shorter so it's easier to sort through advice you do get, and you also know who to address about which topics. I find people will go out of their way to find the answer for you here and are not condescending (which can't be said of other sites), and the advice and help i have got from this site has always been spot on. I'm a member of a couple of other scooby sites, but in general i spend more time here and come here first when i want advice. And the more members (like you) we get, the better, quicker and more comprehensive the help and advice will be.
