Hi, sorry for the late reply. We always discuss threads between moderators here on the board and this being no exception. We think the idea is good however there was mixed opinion. Some think its good to encourage more users to post up, some think not so good as ots use would be limited. As an online club we attract users from all over the place. Not too many people live in any one place!
This is still being considered.
Thanks for the contribution - contributions of this nature make the site what it is today.
